Investor
The Immigrant Investor Program (IIP) allows applicants with three-year business experience and a legally obtained minimum net worth of $800,000 to immigrate to Canada provided that they make an investment of $400,000. The CDN$400,000 investment is administered by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and is fully guaranteed by the Canadian provinces that use the investment to create jobs and help their economies grow. The CIC will return your $400,000 investment, without interest, approximately five years and two months after payment. The applicants can also make a basic investment of CDN$115,000, and the rest of investment funds will be loaned from the financial institution and after 5 years, the basic investment will not refunded.

Entrepreneur
The Entrepreneur Program allows applicants with a business experience and a legally obtained minimum net worth of $300,000 to immigrate to Canada provided that they commit to managing and owning at least one-third of a business of a defined size for at least one year within three years of landing in Canada. All applicants must indicate in writing that they intend and will be able to meet these conditions, which will also applicable to all family members. The conditions are administered by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) after landing.

Self-employed
The Self-Employed Person Program allows applicants with 3 years relevant experience in culture, athletics or farm management to immigrate to Canada provided that they make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada or purchase and manage a farm in Canada.

Skilled worker
Skilled workers have education, work experience, knowledge of English or French and other abilities that will help them to establish themselves successfully as permanent residents in Canada. To be accepted as a skilled worker, applicants must meet the minimum work experience requirements; prove that they have the funds required for settlement; and earn enough points in the six selection factors to meet the pass mark, currently the pass mark is 67 points.

Family Class
Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are living in Canada, 18 years of age or older, may sponsor closed relatives or family members who want to become permanent residents of Canada. Sponsors must promise to support the relative or family member and their accompanying family members for a period of three or 10 years to help them settle in Canada. Sponsor may sponsor spouse, common-law or conjugal partners, parents or grandparents; dependent children, including adopted children; children under 22 years of age; brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces or grandchildren who are orphans; under the age of 22 and not married or in a common-law relationship, or a relative of any age if sponsor do not have an aunt, uncle or family member from the list above who you could sponsor.

Student visa
A Temporary Resident Visa is an official document issued by a visa office abroad. It is placed in your passport to show that you have met the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident. If you have a valid Study Permit, you can: work part-time on campus at the college or university at which you are registered as a full-time student; and apply to renew your Study Permit from within Canada if you decide to continue studying in Canada.
